FERM — новий агросервіс, який допомагає фермерам працювати ефективніше, чесніше й простіше. Ми розвиваємо напрямок послуг оренди агротехніки та спецтехніки й шукаємо Директора Групи Послуг, який зможе вибудувати стратегію та масштабувати сервіс по всій Україні.
Що потрібно буде робити:
- Сформувати стратегію розвитку напрямку оренди агротехніки та спецтехніки
- Зібрати та розвинути портфель партнерів (власники парку техніки, сервісні компанії)
- Розробити класифікатор послуг і стандарти сервісу
- Працювати з бюджетом, показниками ефективності, аналітикою
Кого шукаємо:
- Досвід керування великим парком техніки (бажано не власної, а партнерської)
- Практичний досвід роботи з TMS, аналітикою, KPI
- Розуміння ринку послуг агро/спецтехніки або суміжних сервісів (ride-hailing, каршеринг, оренда техніки)
- Досвід у B2B та B2C, розуміння омніканального підходу (офлайн + онлайн)
- Стратегічне та системне мислення, сильні лідерські та переговорні навички

Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
